How licensing a county website works

Four steps, no build fee, and a $5-a-month introductory rate while the website is new and climbing.

Step 1 — We build the website and pay for everything

We register the domain, write the content, build the pages, set up the website's dedicated local phone number, pay for hosting and maintain the website. The contractor pays nothing during this phase and owes nothing if the website never works.

Step 2 — The website starts producing customer inquiries

Calls to the website are either forwarded immediately to your phone, or, at your request, are answered by our AI assistant, recorded, transcribed, and sent to you by email so that you may respond when your schedule allows*.

Step 3 — We license it to one contractor

One contractor per website — and the website serves one county and one trade. The fee is flat and published: $5 a month until the website has delivered you ten inquiries or for six months, whichever comes first — then $39. You pay full price only after the website has proven itself. Say yes and we point the customer calls to you. You keep every inquiry it produces — there is no per-lead charge and no revenue share.

If you have bought leads before, you know the usual model: the lead company sells the same customer to three or four competing contractors, and everybody races to underbid everybody else. This is the opposite of that. One website, one contractor, every call. The customer who finds the website finds you and nobody else.

Most contractors claim their county while the website is still new and climbing the rankings. That is what the introductory rate is for: claim it early, pay almost nothing while it grows, and the website is locked before anyone else can take it.

Step 4 — It runs, or you cancel

We keep the website online and maintained. Whether the calls are worth the fee is your measure and your choice. If the phone is not ringing enough, cancel with 30 days' notice and stop paying.

* Service available at additional charge. See the Pricing page.

What you get, and what you do not

You get: exclusive use of the website — you are the only contractor featured on it — a dedicated local phone number routed straight to your phone, every call it generates, your business name displayed on it, and call recordings you can review — useful the first time you take a call from the bucket truck and need the customer's address again, or the first time anyone disputes what was asked for and quoted.

Your part of the work is answering your phone. We register the domain, host the website, write the content, and keep working on the rankings — you do the trade.

You do not get: ownership of the domain, the website files, any local phone number we provide, or the hassle of maintenance, programming, and service provider administration. There is no build fee, and you can walk away on 30 days' notice.
