* Essential and Gold base fees cover up to 180 call minutes per calendar quarter. The monthly fee is set each quarter by the prior quarter's total minutes, per the schedule below.
One way to judge the fee: in most trades, a single booked job covers a year or more of the license fee. If the website does not earn its fee, cancel and walk away.
The base fee covers 180 minutes of customer calls every three months, about an hour a month. If your calls go over that, the fee steps up for the next three months, using the table below. If they drop back, so does the fee. The fee never changes in the middle of a quarter. Exhibit B of the license agreement shows this schedule as published on the day you sign.

Pricing is subject to change. This page sets the Gold plan fee and the step-up fees of both plans. The license agreement you sign shows the prices published on the day you sign it.
If we change a price, we email you first. The new price starts with your first billing month that begins at least 30 days after that email, and it never changes a charge already made. If you do not want to pay it, you may cancel effective on or before the day it starts, and it never reaches your bill.
Quoted per project. We do not publish a rate card for this because scope varies too much for a number to be meaningful.
Licenses bill monthly to a card on file. The first monthly payment is due when you sign the license agreement. Each later payment is due on the same day of the month, or on the next business day when that day falls on a Sunday or a federal holiday. Every payment is the full monthly fee, and no payment is refunded.
You may cancel at any time: tell Amy, email [email protected], or use the Stripe billing portal. Your license ends at the close of the month you have paid for, and nothing more is charged.
If we fail to keep the site online or fail to deliver the inquiries it produces, tell us. If we cannot fix it, you may end the license at once. We do not lower the fee because the volume of inquiries was lower than you hoped — search demand moves with weather and season, and that risk is why the fee is flat rather than per lead.
