Five steps, no build fee, and nothing owed until the site is producing inquiries you can hear.
We research counties one at a time: how much search demand exists for a trade, how many contractors already compete online, and whether a new site can realistically rank. If a county fails that screen we do not build there.
We register the domain, write the content, build the pages, set up the tracking phone number, and pay the hosting. The contractor pays nothing during this phase and owes nothing if the site never works.
Calls to the site ring a tracking number we own. Every call is recorded and transcribed, and every form submission is captured. This is the part that matters: before we approach any contractor, we have a record of what the site actually produces.
One contractor per county per trade. We show you the call recordings and the inquiry counts, quote a flat monthly fee, and if you say yes we point the site's calls and forms to you. You keep every inquiry it produces — there is no per-lead charge and no revenue share.
We keep the site online, keep the content current, and keep working on its rankings. You pay the same amount every month whether the site produces two calls or twenty. If it stops being worth it, cancel with 30 days' notice and stop paying.
You get: exclusive use of the site in your county for your trade, every phone call and form inquiry it generates, your business name and phone number displayed on it, and call recordings you can review.
You do not get: ownership of the domain, the website files, the phone number, or the content. Those remain the property of Business Administration, LLC. This is a lease, not a sale — which is why there is no build fee and why you can walk away in 30 days. If you want to own a site outright, that is our custom development service instead.
