This policy explains how Business Administration, LLC, operating as CountyCall, handles information collected through countycall.com, through the county websites we operate, and through the phone numbers displayed on them.
From people seeking home services. When someone calls a number on one of our sites or submits a form, we collect the information they provide: name, phone number, the town or address where work is needed, and a description of the work. Calls may be recorded and transcribed.
From contractors and prospective renters. Name, business name, phone number, email address, and the content of correspondence. If a lease begins, billing details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Automatically. Standard web server and hosting logs, including IP address and pages requested.
Inquiry information is used for one primary purpose: passing it to the contractor who leases the site that generated it, so the customer can be contacted about the work they asked about. We also use aggregate counts to understand how each site is performing.
Contractor information is used to communicate about services, leases, and billing.
Customer inquiries are shared with the contractor leasing the relevant site. That is the point of the service. We also use service providers to operate the business: hosting and infrastructure, call tracking and recording, AI call intake, email delivery, and payment processing. Those providers may process the data on our behalf.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share customer inquiries with anyone other than the contractor leasing the site that produced them.
Inquiry records and call recordings are retained while they remain useful for service delivery, dispute resolution, and business records. Contractor and billing records are retained as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some records must be retained where the law requires it.
Our sites use only what is necessary to serve pages. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.
Our services are directed to businesses and adult property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and post the revised policy on this page.
