Our primary service. We own and operate a lead-generation website targeting one trade in one county, and lease it to a single contractor for a flat monthly fee. An AI voice assistant answers calls to your business, identifies itself as an automated assistant, asks the questions that matter for your trade, and sends you a written summary with a recording after every call. It never claims to be a person, never quotes firm prices, and refers anything involving a downed power line or an emergency to the utility or 911 before doing anything else.
This is included at no extra charge with a leased site. It is also available separately if you already have a website and just want your phone answered. Priced by call volume — ask for a quote.
If you would rather own your website than lease one, we build those. You own the domain, the files, and the content when it is finished. Quoted per project after a conversation about scope, because a five-page brochure site and a site with online booking are not the same job.
To be straightforward about it: this is the smaller side of what we do, and we take on a limited number of these. If your goal is more phone calls rather than owning an asset, leasing is usually the cheaper path.
